{"id":46343,"date":"2023-06-26T20:43:37","date_gmt":"2023-06-26T20:43:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.mediagroup.mx\/index.php\/2023\/06\/26\/fiscal-de-michoacan-destaca-incremento-en-sentencias-y-delitos-juzgados-durante-2022-2\/"},"modified":"2023-06-26T20:43:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-26T20:43:37","slug":"fiscal-de-michoacan-destaca-incremento-en-sentencias-y-delitos-juzgados-durante-2022-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediagroup.mx\/index.php\/2023\/06\/26\/fiscal-de-michoacan-destaca-incremento-en-sentencias-y-delitos-juzgados-durante-2022-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal de Michoac\u00e1n destaca incremento en sentencias y delitos juzgados durante 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El fiscal general de Michoac\u00e1n, Adri\u00e1n L\u00f3pez Sol\u00eds, destac\u00f3 el incremento en el n\u00famero de carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n iniciadas por la Fiscal\u00eda del Estado (FGE) y que fueron llevadas ante instancias judiciales con sentencia penal o acuerdo preparatorio, esto, como parte de su cuarto informe anual al frente de dicha instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conferencia de prensa, el titular de la Fiscal\u00eda estatal inform\u00f3 que durante el 2022, se lograron judicializar 6 mil 509 carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n con 3 mil 399 mandatos judiciales y 923 sentencias condenatorias y lo que representa m\u00e1s de 300 sentencias logradas por la instituci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n al 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, L\u00f3pez Sol\u00eds indic\u00f3 que durante el a\u00f1o pasado, la instituci\u00f3n a su cargo logr\u00f3 3 mil 399 mandamientos judiciales y de los cuales se cumplieron mil 997 mil as\u00ed como 952 acuerdos reparatorios ante el ministerio p\u00fablico y 4 mil 5 medidas de protecci\u00f3n emitidas.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el fiscal general de Michoac\u00e1n agreg\u00f3 que de enero a diciembre del 2022, se investigaron 44 mil 521 posibles delitos y donde 2 mil 13 fueron por homicidio doloso, 218 por homicidio de mujeres y 42 hechos se investigan como feminicidios.<\/p>\n<p>Por: Oscar Mendoza<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal general de Michoac\u00e1n, Adri\u00e1n L\u00f3pez Sol\u00eds, destac\u00f3 el incremento en el n\u00famero de carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n iniciadas por la Fiscal\u00eda del Estado (FGE) y que fueron llevadas ante instancias judiciales con sentencia penal o acuerdo preparatorio, esto, como parte de su cuarto informe anual al frente de dicha instituci\u00f3n.
