La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo de Michoac\u00e1n invit\u00f3 en rueda de prensa al Gourmetour Zamora 2023, que se realizar\u00e1 junto con la Uni\u00f3n Latinoamericana de Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior (ULADES) y la Universidad Capital de Estudios Superiores (UCES), evento que contar\u00e1 con 50 chefs de distintas partes del mundo, como inform\u00f3 Carlos Gabriel L\u00f3pez Aranda, presidente de la ULADES.<\/p>\n
A su vez, Leopoldo Velasco Contreras, director de UCES y presidente del Comit\u00e9 Organizador del Gourmetour Zamora, inform\u00f3 que las fechas ser\u00e1n del 23 al 25 de mayo y que estar\u00e1n 18 estrellas del mundo gastron\u00f3mico, tendr\u00e1n 15 clases magistrales, un concurso, espacio para intercambio de ideas, actividades culturales y una cena de gala.<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, la chef Zayra Franco Ortiz, coordinadora de la Licenciatura de Gastronom\u00eda de UCES plantel Zamora, resalt\u00f3 la oportunidad de aprendizaje internacional de este congreso.<\/p>\n
Cabe se\u00f1alar que el evento est\u00e1 abierto a todo p\u00fablico, y tiene un costo de 2 mil 700 pesos para los alumnos de las universidades ULADES y de 3 mil pesos para el p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n
