\nCon el objetivo de reducir el impacto psicol\u00f3gico de los menores de edad que afronten el proceso de divorcio de los padres, el Congreso de Michoac\u00e1n aprob\u00f3 un dictamen mediante el cual, por Ley, el Tribunal de Justicia deber\u00e1 de invitar a los miembros de la familia a tomar terapia psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n
El dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia reforma el C\u00f3digo Familiar del Estado de Michoac\u00e1n para agregar un art\u00edculo 394 bis, en el que se establece dicha invitaci\u00f3n a terapia para las familias.<\/p>\n
Ante esto, la diputada del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido del Trabajo Brenda Fraga, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Congreso deber\u00eda de ir a\u00fan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y obligar a las familias a asistir a esta terapia, por lo que se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se deber\u00eda de retomar esta iniciativa y legislar sobre el tema.<\/p>\n
